- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. ;
- Ban on smoking and vaping ;
- No illegal streaming on the Internet ;
- Additional guests must be approved prior to their stay ;
- Pets must be approved by us before your arrival ;
- Any illegal activity (prostitution, drug trafficking, etc.) or harmful to the neighborhood is prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion ;
If you violate any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact local authorities and collect your deposit for damages.
