😀 - Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr großzügige Räume. Seife, Spülmittel, Kaffee, Tee.. alles vorhanden. Super Matratzen, bequemes Sofa, bequeme Stühle, alles perfekt. 😞 - Dass am Abfahrtstag der Aufzug nicht funktioniert hat. D.h. Gepäck vom 3.Stock in die Tiefgarage tragen!

😀 - The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The location is ideal to visit the region. The private undercover car park is very handy because there's no off-street parking available anywhere. Communication with Guy and Amanda is easy, and they answer any questions very promptly. Amanda warmly welcomed us and showed us around the apartment on arrival. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend. 😞 - None

😀 - We had a wonderful experience in Juan les Pins, the apartment was just perfect, clean, very comfortable and spacious and we look forward to going again. 😞 - Was all perfect. Nothing was missing, even brochures were there to look through which helped us to find interesting places to go and visit.

Tolle Wohnung
😀 - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sehr komfortabel ausgestattete, es fehlte an nichts. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr günstig gelegen: 3 Min zu Fuß bis zum Strand Juan-Les-Pins, 5 Min bis zum Bahnhof und 15 Min bis Antibes. Ein privater Parkplatz in Tiefgarage ist auch vorhanden und keine Kofferschleppetei nötig, da ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Das Bad hat viele Ablagen, was mir besonders gefiehl und auch in der Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und super hell, die Couch ist sehr bequem. Die Küche ist modern und mit allem technischen Geräte ausgestattete. Der Kuhlschrank hat sogar einen Mineralwasserspender + einen Eiswürfelautomaten. Es sind viele Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden mit Waschmittel und Weichspüler. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkons. Der Balkon an den Schlafzimmern ist perfekt, da es sehr ruhig ist. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und vor allen 2m lang. Vielen Dank an Amanda und Guy für den tolle Service und Aufenthalt. 😞 - None

A lovely stay in a great location.
😀 - The hosts gave us a really warm welcome and the apartment was very well-equipped, comfortable and spacious. Location was ideal, easy walking distance between both Juan Les Pins and Antibes beaches, shops, restaurants etc. Several supermarket options close by to self cater also and nice cafes/patisseries. Great big fridge- freezer with drinking water was really useful. Nice coffee machine that was fully stocked. Host provided some toys and a stroller for my 4 year old daughter which was a really welcome touch. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend and stay again. 😞 - Nothing really. As the apartment block is so central it fronts onto a fairly busy street and occasionally some traffic noise with some moped's/motorcycles passing by in the evening. A very small thing for us really. The bedrooms are at the back of the property though so no problems with any noise or sleeping and the rear balcony gives a nice quiet view of the sunset too. 😊😎🌞

😀 - Very clean luxurious and specious apartment, Full of light and equipped with everything you may need. Located in a lively area, full of shops, bakeries and restaurants. During nights however it is quite. The old city of Antibes is just 15 min walking distance. The hosts are extremely responsive and would do anything to make your stay comfortable. The underground parking place is a treasure. We highly recommend this place 😞 - None
