Terms of Use


A contract is established for all rentals. Your reservation will be effective only upon receipt of your bank transfer.

Article 1 - Purpose of the contract

The purpose of this contract is the temporary rental of furnished accommodation located at 96 bld du Président Wilson 06160 Juan-les-Pins for a fixed period, as specified in the reservation.

Article 2 - Reservation and payment

1. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
  • The signed contract or acceptance of the conditions via email.

2. The balance is to be paid:

  • 30 days before arrival,
  • or upon arrival if agreed in writing.

3. Payments can be made by: transfer, credit card, Stripe, holiday vouchers, cash.

Article 3 - Cancellation and modification

1. Cancellation by the tenant:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
  • Between 30 days and 5 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 5 days: no refund.

2. Cancellation

by the owner: In the event of a major unforeseen event, the tenant will be fully reimbursed and, if possible, an alternative will be offered.

3. Modification of the stay:

Any request for modification (dates, duration) must be made in writing and is subject to the approval of the owner.

Article 4 - Deposit

A deposit of 300 euros is requested upon arrival and returned after the inventory of fixtures on departure, subject to the absence of damage or defects. In order to take your reservation, I use a service that allows you to deposit your deposit simply by bank imprint, without paying in advance. This saves you from sending a check, a transfer or blocking your bank card because of a pre-authorization. This is not a payment: You will not be debited the requested amount but you authorize this debit in the event of a problem with the rental.

Article 5 - Use of the premises

1. The accommodation is reserved for the exclusive use of the tenants mentioned during the reservation.

2. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, except with prior authorization.

3. Animals are prohibited.

Article 6 - Arrival and departure

1. Arrival time: from 4 p.m.

2. Departure time: before 11 a.m.

3. Any delay or modification must be communicated in advance.

Article 7 - Liability and insurance

1. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused during his stay.

2. Civil liability insurance covering stays in seasonal rentals is recommended.

Article 8 - Inventory and condition report

1. An inventory will be carried out upon arrival and departure.

2. Any anomaly or malfunction must be reported immediately.

Article 9 - Personal data

The data collected as part of the reservation is used solely for the management of the rental and will not be communicated to third parties.

Article 10 - Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ANTIBES.
